Articlox is used for treating anemia due to lack of vitamin B12. It is also used for treating certain eye conditions, which is available in the form of injections.

Your body needs vitamin B12 in order to produce red blood cells which carry oxygen in your body. The amount of vitamin B12 in your body is reduced when the gut does not absorb the vitamin properly or if you have had an operation to remove part of your stomach or bowel. When vitamin B12 levels are low, it produces certain types of anemia.
